PetRetailNews: "Oxyfresh Launched a Dental Powder for Dogs and Cats, Expanding Beyond Water Additives"
PetRetailNews gave Oxyfresh's new Advanced Dental Powder a full trade analysis, examining what the launch means for how stores merchandise preventative pet dental care.
Oxyfresh has formulated the ultimate odor-fighting mouthwash that guarantees all-day sweet, kissable breath.
Oxyfresh rinse and toothpaste. Together they banish bacteria and bad breath without alcohol.
The non-alcoholic mouthwash relies on a compound called Oxygene — a compound she says will eliminate the offending bad breath that is common to dogs and cats.
The Tic Tacs, the mouthwashes, all help temporarily, (but) the best ones are the ones with chlorine dioxide. One such mouthwash is available from Oxyfresh.
Chlorine dioxide (Oxygene®) has a triple-action effect in combating bad breath: it is a deodorant, it kills odor-causing bacteria and it reduces the amount of protein available for bacteria to ferment.
New kinds of mouthwash and toothpaste containing chlorine dioxide, a chemical that bonds with the sulfur compounds that cause most mouth odor to eliminate bad breath rather merely mask it, as commercial mouthwashes do.
